IMPORTANT CHANGES TO SATURDAY MORNING SURGERY

Due to recent changes to our extended hours contracts we will no longer have nurse appointments on a Saturday morning, changes are with immediate effect.

From Saturday 1st July 2011, we will still continue to offer the services listed below.

The PCT requires us to offer pre-bookable appointments. Once all the appointments are booked further requests for emergency appointments will be dealt with by the out of hours service.

Out of Hours will also do any home visits and deal with other emergency queries. If you contact/visit the surgery, we will redirect you accordingly.

Services we will now offer:
• Doors will still open at 9.00am to 12.00noon
• Pre-bookable appointments with Doctor only between 9.00-12.00
• Prescriptions/letters can still be collected or dropped off
• Face to face contact with receptionist for other queries e.g. book or cancel future appointments.
