If you would like to register with the surgery please visit the surgery to complete our registration forms.  If you are registering for the first time in the UK please bring your passport and visa.

We ask all patients (over 5) when joining the surgery to make an appointment with the nurses for a new patient health check. This gives you the opportunity for a medical check up and to discuss how we can help you with any ongoing medical problems.
